Our Chairman of the Board, Daniel O\u2019Connor, shares this in his January 13, 2022 letter to the Minister of Veterans Affairs, the Honorable Laurence MacAuley.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; We submit for your consideration, our request to carry out the rapid and safe reopening of the Residential Treatment Clinic for Operational Stress Injuries (RTCOSI) located at the Sainte Anne-de-Bellevue hospital.
