At Trail, we deeply believe in the importance of veterans’ mental and physical well-being, and are committed to offering programs that support their overall health.
With this in mind, we offer enriching activities that promote self-expression and stress relief. Here are the programs we offer:
Our program: Music for veterans
Music for veterans: A program that enables each participant to discover and explore music as a powerful means of expressing and channeling emotions. Learning music thus becomes an invaluable tool for improving personal well-being and reducing tension. Music courses are offered at our centers in Montreal (Monkland), Mirabel and the Quebec City region.
Our creative art workshops
Led by a veteran, these workshops enable veterans to explore their creativity through different art forms, while promoting mindfulness and relaxation. Workshops are held at our Mirabel center.
Energizen Yoga
These yoga sessions, designed specifically to meet the physical and psychological needs of veterans, bring balance to mind and body, helping to reduce stress and improve your quality of life. Yoga classes are held at our Mirabel center.
All our programs are designed to provide a safe, caring and inclusive environment, where every veteran feels welcomed and supported. We invite everyone to come and explore these activities at their own pace, and discover valuable tools for cultivating their well-being, both mental and physical.
