Director and interventionist. A specialized educator by training, Chantal is the founder of Équi-sens, an assistance center offering program for veterans in equine therapy.

MARIE-PIER DUSSEAULT – SOCIAL WORKER
Marie-Pier holds a certificate in psychoeducation and a bachelor’s degree in social work. She is a member of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et thérapeutes conjugaux du Québec. Her passion for her profession has led her to acquire various training courses, such as suicide intervention and trauma counselling. Marie-Pier also works at Équi-Sens in equine-assisted intervention with teenagers and adults in mental health.

PASCAL VANASSE – PSYCHOSOCIAL COUNSELLOR
Pascal is passionate about helping people and music. Having first worked as an auxiliary nurse with people living with cognitive impairment, he then turned to the community sector. Starting out as manager of a day center specialized in homelessness, he went on to manage a seniors’ residence whose mission was to help people who were homeless or living with a mental health or substance abuse problem. He now works as part of the Sentier intervention team, in a spirit of openness, his passion at your service to help you find solutions adapted to your needs. His door is always open to listen to you and share a musical moment with you!

GENEVIÈVE LALIBERTÉ – SPECIAL EDUCATION TECHNICIAN
Geneviève is a Special Education Technician. She also has a certificate in Animal Assisted Intervention and training in Equine Facilitated Leadership. She has worked with individuals with mental health issues as well as families with difficulties.

SAMUEL DUCHAINE – SOCIAL WORKER
Samuel holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and is a member of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et thérapeutes conjugaux du Québec. His professional career has led him to work with different clienteles. Samuel is committed to working with people and likes to make a difference in people’s lives.

MICHAEL CANAVAN – SPECIAL EDUCATION TECHNICIAN
Michael is a special education technician. He has worked in mental health, specializing in substance abuse with homeless clients and high school students. He is trained in residential stability and accompaniment (S.R.A.), to help veterans find housing and offer them follow-up tailored to their needs.
